We loved the spacious onsens, which are perfect for relaxation. The hotel staff, although limited in English, were friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfast and dinner sets exceeded our expectations, providing a superb dining experience. The Japanese room we stayed in was comfortable and a lot of fun.
Cannot find any fault.

What a delightful experience at the Solid Onsen Hotel! Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a tatami area and comfortable futons. The traditional Japanese meals served in the Fantasy Room were delicious and the private onsen with the sliding glass doors was a true highlight. We enjoyed the public onsens as well, both indoor and outdoor, and found the water temperature to be perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive, and even though there was a language barrier, they made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Nikko.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with separate areas for sleeping and lounging. The onsen experience was fantastic, with a variety of indoor and outdoor baths and hot springs. The hotel also provided convenient transportation to and from the train station.
The language barrier was difficult at times, especially in understanding the dining options and which items were being served. Additionally, there was limited Wi-Fi access, which made it challenging for business purposes.

This traditional onsen hotel with excellent Japanese-style breakfast is ideal for those who want to relax and explore the local area. the staff is friendly, and the private onsen is perfect for individuals and couples. the tatami room is spacious, and the futons are comfortable.
The hotel lacks a lively atmosphere, and there is no karaoke or casino for those looking for more entertainment.
